The timeline for a project can vary significantly based on several factors, including project complexity, scope, and current project workload.
During our initial consultation and project scoping phase, the project timeline will be created. This collaborative approach allows us to create a realistic and customized project schedule.
Yes! Some services like headshots, voiceovers, and 3D virtual tours can be completed same-week or even same-day. But for the longer more complex projects, meeting tight deadlines may require an additional rush fee.
Definition of Rush Project: A rush project is defined as any project requiring delivery in a timeframe significantly shorter than the initially quoted production schedule.
Rush fee: for rush projects, a rush fee of 20% of the total project cost will apply. This fee covers the additional resources, overtime, and expedited production required to meet the accelerated timeline.
Prioritization: Rush projects will be prioritized in our production schedule, but timely provision of all necessary information and resources by the client is essential to ensure on-time delivery.
Payment: The rush fee will be added to the final invoice
Negotiation: Colegrove Media may consider waiving or reducing the rush fee on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the project and the client's history with our agency.
Exclusions: Not all projects may qualify for rush status, and Colegrove Media reserves the right to decline rush requests if they compromise the quality of work.
Transparency: Clients will be informed of the specific reasons for the rush fee, including overtime costs, resource allocation, and any additional expenses.
Agreement: Both the client and Colegrove Media will acknowledge and agree to the rush project terms in writing.

1. Discovery: I start by getting to know your goals, preferences, and the vision you have for your project. I listen carefully to your ideas and requirements to ensure we're aligned with your expectations. The best way to ensure a shared vision is to provide me with examples, and references.
2.Proposal Creation: I create a proposal defining project scope, expectations, timeline, deliverables, feedback and cost.
3. Pre-Production: Once the proposal is approved, I move into the pre-production phase. During this stage, I meticulously plan every aspect of the project including creative execution, coordinating logistics and equipment preparation.
4. Production: With careful planning in place, I move into the production phase. This is where the magic happens as we capture the footage and elements needed to bring your vision to life.
5. Post-Production: After production is complete, I transition to the post-production phase, where we transform raw captures into a polished, cohesive end product.
6. Review: You'll have the opportunity to review work and provide feedback during the allotted revision rounds, allowing for necessary adjustments and refinements.
7. Revisions: I incorporate your feedback and make revisions as needed to ensure the final result aligns perfectly with your vision and goals.
9. Delivery: Once the project is complete and has received your approval, I deliver the final product in the format and method specified in the project agreement.
Colegrove Media provides maintenance and update services for a fixed rate of $50 per hour. Please notify in advance if you anticipate the need for updates.
Raw footage, photos, and project files can be provided upon request BUT an additional fee is usually required. Here's why:
1. Time and Resources: Compiling and organizing raw footage, photos, and project files necessitates additional time and resources to ensure that everything is appropriately packaged and delivered to you in a usable format.
2. Data Transfer and Storage Costs: Providing large files like raw footage and project files can get expensive and time consuming when uploading and sharing from the cloud. In some cases, a physical hard drive may even need to be purchased and physically delivered.
3. Licensing and Usage: Certain components of the raw materials may be subject to specific licensing agreements or usage rights, and the additional fee helps cover any associated licensing costs or permissions required for their distribution.
Please notify in advance if you know you will want ANY media not explicity stated in the project deliverables.
Your level of involvement can vary depending on the project's scope and your preferences, but I generally encourage active participation in clarifying objectives, communicating vision, and providing feedback.
The number of revisions is established at the project's initiation. Should there be a necessity for further modifications beyond the initially agreed-upon revision rounds, it may result in an extension of the project's deadline. In such cases, an additional fixed rate of $50 per hour may be applicable to cover the extra work required.
